Department of Sciences and Humanities aims at fostering curiosity for science among the engineering students of CHRIST(Deemed to be University) and help them to understand fundamentals of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, English and Soft Skills. The department has well qualified staff having research experience and international exposure. Well-equipped laboratories are available for conducting experiments in Science as well as cutting-edge research.
The department offers various courses under B. Tech and M. Tech programmes. A regular course on Professional Development and Technical English, as prescribed by the curriculum of the university is also offered to all undergraduate students at the School of Engineering & Technology in order to strengthen their communication skills.
The department has well qualified staff, with in-depth knowledge in the field of research and international exposure. In terms of infrastructural facilities, well-equipped laboratories are available for basic experiments, as well as cutting-edge research.
